How Embroidery Works

Want to add a personal touch? We offer custom embroidery on many of our products — from names and monograms to special dates, sayings, and more.

🛒 When Ordering Online:

  • Choose from a limited selection of fonts and thread colors.

  • Just add your personalized text and we’ll handle the rest!

  • Visit us in-store to explore our full embroidery selection, including more fonts, colors, and layout options.

  • Not local? Email us at Customercare@charlottesweb.com and we’ll help you design your custom embroidery. Once your design is finalized, we’ll confirm pricing and get started.

🧵 Embroidering Logos:

  • We’re happy to embroider your logo!

  • If you have a .DST file, send it our way.

  • Don’t have one? No problem, we can send your logo to our digitizer. This process takes about 2–3 days.

  • There’s a one-time digitization fee (varies depending on the design).

  • To get started, email us with:

    • Your logo in JPEG format

    • A general size range

  • Once digitized, we charge per item. We’re happy to provide pricing and quotes via email.

⏱ Turnaround Time:

  • For standard embroidery orders (7 items or fewer), turnaround time is 1 week from the day you place your order.

  • For larger orders (more than 7 items), please allow up to 2 weeks.

  • Rush option for local pickups only: $10 per item for a 2–4 day turnaround (instead of 7).

🎁 Additional Info:

  • We offer complimentary gift wrapping on any item brought into the store.

  • You’re welcome to bring in outside items for embroidery — we’re happy to personalize them!
