Welcome to Charlotte’s Web, a small, women-owned and operated boutique in the heart of Chattanooga’s Northshore neighborhood. For over 22 years (and counting!), we’ve been helping our community celebrate life’s special moments with thoughtful personalized gifts.

What started as a single store offering both baby and adult items has grown into two charming boutiques:

Charlotte’s Web — our original adult store, filled with curated home goods, jewelry, apparel, and gifts for everyone.

Charlotte’s Little Web — our kids’ store, opened in March 2025, offering adorable apparel, toys, and personalized treasures for the little ones in your life.

We take pride in offering affordable luxury, with gifts across a variety of price ranges that feel special without breaking the bank. Both of our stores provide in-house services such as monogramming, leather embossing, and vinyl decals, typically with a one-week turnaround. Additionally, we partner with trusted vendors to offer custom options for glassware, stationery, paper goods, and much more!
