Charlotte’s Web accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please be sure to include you correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
Orders not requiring personalization are typically processed the same business day or within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive and email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed.
Items will ship within 1 to 6 days. If and item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours.

SHIPPING & STORE PICKUPS
Embroidered and vinyl decaled items will ship for a flat $10 fee via UPS.
Engraved items ship for $10 via UPS or Fed Ex.
For store pickups please check LOCAL when checking out. You will receive and email when your order is ready for pick up.
We hope that you love your purchases! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can help you. All returns will be for store credit only. Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless we made an error.
Customers may exchange items within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. The items must have original tags still attached. Refunds will be issued as a store credit that can be used online and in our store. Shipping is non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We do not offer free returns or exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging and item, you will have to pay the shipping for us to ship the new item back to you.
You cannot return an item if it has been passed the 30 day period. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items, sale items or seasonal items (Holiday, Easter).
