Non-personalized online orders are processed within the same day. Local pickups are welcome during store hours!

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

Flat Rate Shipping: $10

Free Shipping: On orders over $99

Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location

Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS — you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If any item in your order is out of stock, we’ll reach out via text or email and issue a refund for that item.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of purchase for a store credit refund. All Sale and Personalized items are final sale.
