If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, the following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased with us, excluding personalized items.
Returns are processed as exchanges or store credit only!
If you received an item from us as a gift, you have 30 days to return the item for an exchange or store credit. The item must be in the exact condition it was sold in and include original tags still attached. To process the return we require either a gift receipt or the name of the gifter.
If you purchased an item with us in-store or online and are unhappy with it for any reason, you have 30 days to return the item for store credit. The item must be in the exact condition it was sold in and must have original tags still attached. To process the return or exchange we require either a receipt or the name of the purchaser.
All sale and seasonal items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless items are damaged.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the rest of your order and you will only be charged for items in stock.
All Holiday Items such as: Candles, Ornaments, Wreath Scarves, Cups, Napkins, Napkin Holders, Nativities, Christmas Books, Holiday Bath & Body, Candlesticks, Decor, Hot Ruby Cider, hair clips, headbands, Sweaters, Sweatshirts, pajamas, etc. are unavailable for returns/exchanges.
The following items are available for exchange/return until JANUARY 15, 2024:
Non-Holiday items such as clothing, jewelry, gloves, scarves, hats, barware, serveware, and photo frames must have original tags attached for the item to be eligible for returns or exchanges. No Exceptions.
Again, all returns are processed as exchanges or store credit only!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at CustomerCare@shopcharlottesweb.com and forward photos of any damage.
