Thank you for shopping small with Charlotte’s Web! We want your order to be as perfect as possible, so we take time to ensure everything is just right especially when it comes to custom embroidery or personalized items.

🚚 Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $10

Free Shipping: On orders over $250

Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location

Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS — you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Important Notes:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If any item in your order is out of stock, we’ll reach out via text or email and issue a refund for that item.

🧵 For Embroidered Online Orders:

Please allow 1 full week for embroidery before your order is shipped.
Example: If your order is placed on a Monday, it will ship the following Monday.

🥂 For Personalized Items:

Personalized items such as glassware, acrylicware, cutting boards, Salisbury gifts, stationery, cups, and paper napkins typically ship within 2 weeks.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your order. Feel free to call us for a quote.

📦 For Non-Personalized Orders:

Orders without personalization are usually processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

🛍 Local Pickup

Orders placed during store hours will be processed same day.

Orders placed after store hours will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
