Thank you for shopping small. As we also do custom orders, we kindly ask our customers to give us time to ensure everything is perfect! Shipping times and costs may vary based on your order.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $250!

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via text or email and issue you a refund. Please see our return policy for more information.

All orders are shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Orders can be tracked using the tracking number found in the shipping confirmation email sent to the customer.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you checkout. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrectly submitted address.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Shipping

For all non-personalized orders, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days once it has been placed, and then shipped for a flat rate of $10.

For embroidered or vinyl decal orders, orders will be processed and completed within a week once placed and then shipped for a flat rate of $10.

For personalized glassware, acrylicware, cutting boards, Salisbury, stationery, cups, & paper napkin orders will be delivered within 2 weeks. Shipping costs may vary based on the quantity of the order. Typical costs are $10. Please call the store for an exact quote.

Local Pickup

Orders placed during store hours will be processed within the same day. Orders placed after store hours will be processed the following business day. Once processed, customers will receive an email to notify the pickup is ready.
