For Embroidered Online Orders:

Please allow us the time to stitch your order to perfection! Our lead time is typically one week. Embroidery orders ship the following week from the day they are placed.

For Custom Items:

Personalized items such as glassware, cutting boards, Salisbury, and custom paper goods typically ship within 2 weeks.
