Monogramming Information

What is the lead time?

Good things take time and we want to ensure that your order is perfect! We have a one week lead time for most of our orders. Larger orders such as bulk projects, duvet covers, & shower curtains, the lead time may be around two weeks. If you would like your order within 2-4 days, we do charge a rush fee starting at a base of $10. Rush fees may vary by order.

I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
