The Grandbois Collection is available in both hard maple or signature oiled walnut and features an oval shape perfect for presenting an entree or main course of a meal. Our largest Grandbois, the trencher, is by far our thickest board. It utilizes a slanted cutting surface instead of a juice groove to collect up to five cups of drippings in an elevated trench at one end of the board. Available with or without handles, many of our customers enjoy a carved single letter to personalize the cutting board. The Grandbois collection comes with a juice groove on the small and medium sizes.
